Design days are just what they sound like — hire a Nopalita designer for a day to work through the various design tasks building up on your to-do list. This option is perfect for businesses who don’t require a designer on full-time, but need some help here and there. And for those projects that need a quick turnaround!
Design days are structured by having a Nopalita designer on call and working on your tasks for a 4-hour morning session and 3-hour afternoon session. Specific project needs, all assets and content are determined and handed over to us beforehand, so we can hit the day running for you.

HOW IT WORKS —
We’ll start with a consultation to define what your needs are and what we can realistically accomplish in the day.
For our Design Day to work efficiently, we require all of your assets and project details to be sent over to us at least 48 hours before your scheduled day.
This includes— your visual branding assets (logos, colors, fonts, style guide - whatever you have), all proofread copy, high resolution images + any other content we’ll use, and design day tasks written out in detail.
This allows us to review and wrap our heads around your visual brand, and get any task questions answered before the day starts. You actually receive more hours of our time this way, and we can make the most use of our hours on your scheduled design day!
Failure to provide us with your assets 48 hours in advance will require us to reschedule your date.

Get ready to check off those tasks! We’ll start working on your projects in your order of priority. As long as we have all of your brand assets, the project content and specs, we shouldn’t need to bother you until we have a draft ready for feedback.
Our drafts typically don’t require more than one round of revision, but we will work with you through as many iterations as you need until the design is perfect. Once approved, we’ll prepare a digital or print-ready file and provide you the compete assets. Then we repeat and repeat until the day is done!
At the end of the day if additional time or more revisions are needed on a project, we will discuss extending another half or full day session. We will never leave you with a half-finished file!
After the day is complete you will have 7 days of email support if any questions come up about the designs completed, so you can be confident releasing them out into the world 🙂

Until we chat, this is a tricky question to answer! Every design project is unique and individual. When we have our initial consultation, you will let us know the tasks you are looking to complete, and we can give you a realistic estimate of how much we can complete in one day. Time for reviews, revisions, approvals and preparation of digital or print-ready files must be taken into consideration as well. The more available you are throughout the design day, the quicker we can get to approved and final files.
If we determine that your tasks may not be enough to fill a whole day, we can discuss the option of a half-day.
If we determine that more than one day will likely be needed, we can schedule multiple days in a row, or even a week (at a discount!).
If the end of the day comes around and more time is needed for revisions or to finalize files, we can discuss extending with another half/day session on the next available day.

Marketing materials for your business such as flyers, business cards, letterhead, postcards, brochures, print or digital ads, social media profiles & cover images.
Templates such as a presentation deck, social media template, email template etc.
Assistance on updating or adding to your Squarespace website.
Building out branding assets such as selecting colors and fonts.
Updating or editing existing packaging files.

Projects we do not cover: New website design (see web design services here), logo and brand design, custom illustration, photography, copywriting, or video creation.

Every design project with every client is different. Some clients have a lot of feedback, or need to discuss design iterations with their team before providing feedback, and others approve designs at a much quicker rate.
While we can guarantee we will get to every task discussed, if many revisions are desired we may not get to that final file. If additional time or edits are needed on a project, we will discuss extending with another half or full day session.
To have an efficient work day, we advise that you be available throughout the day to review designs and provide feedback and approval.

Week: $2800, M-F 4-hr morning sessions, 3-hr afternoon sessions**

If a Design Day sounds like a great fit for you, please fill out the inquiry form below. We’ll schedule your consultation, and then provide you with the project scope, contract, and 50% invoice. Once you’ve signed and paid, we’ll confirm your date and you’re booked!
Next, it will be your responsibility to gather and prepare your visual brand assets, project/task details, and all the content we’ll need for those tasks (copy, high res images, etc.). We will need those to review at least 48 hours before your day, otherwise we will have to reschedule. Having and reviewing all of this beforehand ensures we can have the most seamless and productive day!

To get started, please fill out the form below. From there, we’ll schedule a 30-minute consultation to discuss your business and needs and make sure it’s a good fit. Once we have a good idea of what tasks you’d like to get done, we’ll provide an approximate time for your projects (half day, one day, up to a week). If all sounds great, we’ll send over a proposal and 50% invoice to get you scheduled on our calendar. Please make sure to choose a day when you will be available to provide feedback and approval.
